Overview
Toolavio provides browser-based PDF and image tools. This policy explains data processing when you visit the site, contact us, and see advertising on selected informational pages.
Local file processing
Selected files and generated results are processed on your device. They are not transferred to Toolavio servers for conversion or editing. Toolavio cannot view, recover, or delete their contents.
Hosting and technical logs
When you open the site, the hosting service processes technically necessary connection data, including IP address, time, requested resource, browser and device information, referrer, and HTTP status. This supports delivery, security, error diagnosis, and abuse prevention. The host may also inject technical real-user measurement for loading times and Core Web Vitals; the provider states that this measurement does not collect user information. These data are not combined with locally processed files.
Language preference
Your selected language is stored under “toolavio.lang” in your browser’s local storage. It contains no file or content data and is not used as an advertising profile. You can remove it in your browser settings.
Google AdSense and consent
Toolavio uses Google AdSense on selected informational pages. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, and other identifiers to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and—only where the required consent exists—personalize ads. In countries where consent is required, relevant ad requests are made only after your choice through a Google-certified consent management platform. You can also change or withdraw your choice there.

Recipients and international processing
Technical data may be processed by the hosting provider. When advertising is enabled, Google and the partners listed in the consent dialog receive the data required for the advertising purposes you select. These providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area and describe applicable safeguards in their privacy notices.
Contact by email
If you contact Toolavio by email, your address, message, and necessary metadata are processed to answer the request and meet legal obligations. They are kept only as long as required for those purposes.
Retention
Toolavio does not store local files. Technical logs, contact information, advertising data, and consent records are processed by the relevant providers according to their stated periods or for as long as needed for security, billing, evidence, or legal obligations.
Your rights
Where data protection law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing; withdraw consent for the future; and complain to a data protection authority.
